DRIVER QUALIFICATIONS
- A minimum of two (2) years experience.
- No more than three minor moving violations in the past three (3) years, with not more than one (1) during the preceding twelve (12) months.
- No Major violations which consist of:
- All alcohol or drug related offenses.
- Leaving the scene of an accident.
- Driving while license is suspended or revoked.
- Reckless driving, careless driving, negligent driving.
- A speed in excess of fifteen (15) MPH over the speed limit.
